  1. COMPUSERVE SOFTWARE LICENSE

  3. CompuServe has made reasonable checks of the Software to confirm 
  4. that it will perform in normal use on compatible equipment 
  5. substantially as described in the then-current specifications for 
  6. the Software.  However, due to the inherently complex nature of 
  7. computer software, CompuServe does not warrant that the Software or 
  8. the Documentation is completely error free, will operate without 
  9. interruption, is compatible with all equipment and software 
  10. configurations, or will otherwise meet your needs.  ACCORDINGLY, THE 
  11. SOFTWARE AND DOCUMENTATION ARE PROVIDED AS-IS, AND YOU ASSUME ALL 
  12. RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH THEIR USE.  COMPUSERVE MAKES NO WARRANTIES 
  13. EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO THE SOFTWARE OR THE 
  14. DOCUMENTATION, THEIR MERCHANTABILITY, OR THEIR FITNESS FOR ANY 
  15. PARTICULAR PURPOSE OTHER THAN THOSE WARRANTIES WHICH ARE IMPLIED BY 
  16. OR INCAPABLE OF EXCLUSION, RESTRICTION OR MODIFICATION BY APPLICABLE 
  17. LAW.  TO THAT EXTENT, ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WILL 
  18. TERMINATE UPON THE EXPIRATION OF 90 DAYS FOLLOWING DELIVERY OF THE 
  19. SOFTWARE TO YOU.  IN NO EVENT WILL COMPUSERVE BE LIABLE FOR 
  20. INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT 
  21. LIMITATION, LOSS OF INCOME, USE, OR INFORMATION.  AS YOUR SOLE 
  22. REMEDY FOR ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY, you may return to CompuServe the 
  23. original copies of the Software and Documentation, along with proof 
  24. of purchase (if you purchased the Software alone or in combination 
  25. with any other software) and any backup copies, for replacement or 
  26. (at CompuServeÆs choice) for a refund of the amount you paid, 
  27. provided the return is completed within 90 days following delivery 
  28. to you.
